Braxton spent three decades building technology companies and watched progress outpace intention. Manjit brought a lifetime of learning to helping people, while facing the limits of how many one person could reach.
For Braxton, the possibility became personal. Exploring with AI helped him find his way to Manjit and human support. Technology opened a door to a relationship, not a replacement for one.
Their work together brought a larger question into focus: how could more people find guidance that connects understanding with meaningful change? Integrity grew from that question, bringing the reach of technology together with the depth of human experience.

Braxton Jarratt
Founder & CEO
Braxton’s career spans the early internet, broadband, and cloud video. He co-founded and led Clearleap, which IBM acquired in 2015.
He brings experience turning ambitious ideas into technology that reaches people at scale, and a personal understanding of how much it matters to find the right support.
At Integrity, those experiences meet in a different measure of progress: what technology helps people become able to do for themselves.

Manjit Devgun
Founder & Chief Wellness Officer
Manjit brings a lifetime of learning from teachers and mentors across meditation, the mind, and personal growth, alongside more than a decade of professional practice and training in clinical hypnosis.
She created Mindful Chanel, bringing meditation into the workplace, and developed her own meditation and self-hypnosis app.
Her contribution to Zahari is discernment: drawing on study, training and practice to ask what is useful, appropriate and well-supported for each person. That experience helps shape how we bring different approaches together, alongside partners and collaborators.
Russell Wright
Chief Technology Officer
Russell has spent decades in information retrieval and natural language processing, building systems that find structure in how people search, speak and decide.
At Theme Zoom, he developed technology connecting semantic relationships between keywords with commercial search data, mapping market conversations rather than isolated terms.
He is also co-founder of Super-Intelligent AI, which builds identity and knowledge-graph infrastructure to help AI systems establish who and what they are working with.
At Integrity, he turns that lineage of work, from meaning to identity, into systems that can be developed, questioned and tested with human judgment at the center.
