It is the confluence of astounding computing power, infinite data sources and algorithms that could surpass the power of the human brain. The momentum is unstoppable, profound and changing our world faster than anyone imagined…but to what end?
We are at a threshold moment with AI. It has the power to enhance the lives of billions, repair broken systems, and enable us to be more human and healthy in our everyday lives. But without clear, purposeful intent, the impact of AI could destroy much more than it creates. Let’s not let that happen.

The integrity model
We believe the engines of capitalism and the missions of philanthropy naturally complement one another. Our model unites them, as one ecosystem of for-profit innovation and nonprofit purpose.
Integrity.ai builds and scales fundamental AI technology through invention, investment, and acquisition. It operates on our Ethical AI framework, ensuring that what we create accelerates progress, while protecting the fragile systems on which we depend. Fifty-one percent of returns from integrity.ai will perpetually fund the Integrity Foundation, creating a self-sustaining loop of impact.
Integrity Foundation expands access to AI in underserved segments of the population and funds primary research and education in areas that improve mental health and human wellbeing. We run the Foundation with the spirit of a startup. Innovation, speed, measurable impact and creativity are rewarded.
Integrity Health is our first major venture powered by integrity.ai’s foundational framework: an AI-first, human-centered operating system that expands access to evidence-based health and wellness. It connects the vast array of digital therapeutics, personalized human support, and wellness ecosystems into one coherent experience designed to heal, while keeping people, not algorithms, at the center.
What is ethical ai?
Our view of AI ethics is non-traditional, venturing beyond compliance and nice-sounding principles. As we see it, AI ethics must strive to protect and preserve the integrity of the human condition by helping us comprehend and navigate toward plausible futures worth inhabiting, under conditions where certainty is unavailable, stakes are civilizational, and the most reliable guide is the quality of our thinking and character.
Our approach relies on normative pragmatism: the practice of pursuing, with vigor, humility, and curiosity, the best possible AI outcomes given real and legitimate constraints. We do not begin by asking “what world should we build?” but “what should we do in the world we have, are building, will inhabit, and why?” Ethics must act while philosophy imagines. Both serve each other.
We make four core commitments
For Self-Determination: We build for the fulfillment of human need, purpose, and aspiration. We don’t manufacture problems in the interest of selling solutions. We listen to the diverse voices of our stakeholders and recognize that expertise, although critical, is only part of the picture.
For Epistemological AI Ethics: We are more concerned with what’s realistically necessary to “think about AI ethics well” than we are with “here are the principles you should follow.” Principles do not sit at the foundation of our approach to AI ethics, though we do not dismiss principles either.
For Long-Term Risk Awareness: We maintain awareness of existential and systemic risk trajectories, and use them to inform our product design, development, and deployment. We recognize that maximizing short-term gains may come at the cost of long-term benefits. We ask ourselves what future generations will inherit.
Who we are
AI is reshaping the rules of work, health, and society. It can concentrate power in the hands of a few, or expand opportunity for everyone. The outcome depends on the frameworks we design today.
The Catalyst
I have spent my career building technology that changes how people connect, live and work, from the early days of high-speed internet to platforms that reshaped how the world watches, learns, communicates, and organizes.
I saw the profound potential of artificial intelligence firsthand when my startup was acquired by IBM’s Watson AI group a decade ago. Along the way, I have witnessed world-transforming innovation unfold before my eyes, and seen what happens when progress outpaces intention.
Technology has the power to create and to consume or destroy. It can expand human potential or reduce it to metrics. After decades leading companies through rapid growth, I began asking myself a different question: not how fast can we build, but why are we building?
I founded the Integrity Group to bring that question back to the center of my work and life. I believe artificial intelligence can serve humanity – when guided by human values that resonate with me: transparency, empathy, and purpose.
Integrity isn’t merely a word or a slogan – it has become the architecture of my life and my work. I know that when intelligence is guided by pure intention, the systems we build will not threaten our humanity, they will amplify it.
We are standing at the precipice of a great convergence, where technology and intent meet to transform the future of humanity itself.
I know if we work together with integrity, we can create a future that will not consume us – but will finally allow us to transcend to a better world.
The Mindcoach + Wellness Practitioner
I’ve been immersed at the intersection of science and healing for over a decade but have spent a lifetime with teachers and mentors from around the world learning different spiritual and healing modalities. I’m passionate about how we can use the power of the mind to re-shape our lives and have always been intrigued by why we have certain behaviors and habits. I voraciously continue to learn, so I can help people get where they want to in life.
Born and raised in the UK by first-generation Sikh immigrants, I learned the power of mantras, meditation, chanting, palm reading and later trained in clinical hypnosis. I started teaching meditation professionally as an adult. When I worked at Chanel, I created the “Mindful Chanel” program and was featured on their global employee app, bringing meditation to a corporate setting and giving monthly talks on the science behind meditation/ clinical self-hypnosis and breathwork.
In 2020 I founded a hypnosis app and have been working with different corporations and clients from around the world, hosting retreats, wellness events, residencies and understanding the urgency of how we need to support mental health across all socio economic backgrounds. Our CEO’s and managers create real change, when they lead with compassion and kindness and dissolve past trauma, and our youth deserve to be inspired by all the beauty, joy and opportunity in the world.
I met my business partner Braxton as a client and immediately was drawn in by the company name and ethos. The future is AI whether we like it or not and we need systems to scale mental health treatments with Integrity and ethical values that support and address the real urgency to help people heal with proven modalities. It’s time to bring together community and raise consciousness in the world, especially right at this moment in time.
